Detailed Reason (s) for cessation
The employment of Mr Tang Kam Sun ("Mr Tang") as the Financial Controller of the Company was not confirmed by the Company as Mr Tang did not pass the probationary period of his employment. Mr Tang is also pursuing other career opportunities. Accordingly, Mr Tang's last day of employment with the Company is 7 September 2024, being the last day of his probation. For the avoidance of doubt, Mr Tang was not required to serve any notice period as he was under probation and his employment ceased with immediate effect upon the end of his probation.

The Company is in the process of looking for a suitable candidate to replace Mr Tang and will update shareholders soonest practicable, but in any event not later than 29 October 2024. In the interim, Mr Tang's roles and responsibilities as the Financial Controller of the Company will be undertaken by Ms Estate Liu, the Acting Deputy Financial Controller of the Company.

After having interviewed Mr Tang and to the best of its knowledge, the Company's Sponsor, PrimePartners Corporate Finance Pte. Ltd., is satisfied that save as disclosed in this announcement, there are no other material reasons for the cessation of Mr Tang as the Financial Controller of the Company.

In addition, there are no concerns with regards to financial reporting that led to the cessation of Mr Tang, and there are no disagreements between Mr Tang and the Company's Board of Directors with regards to practices that will have an impact on the Company's financial reporting.
