The Board of Directors of UOL Group Limited ("UOL") wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, UOL Treasury Services Pte. Ltd. has on 22 November 2018 updated the Multicurrency Medium Term Note Programme (the "Programme") to, inter alia, increase the maximum aggregate principal amount of notes that may be issued under the Programme from S$1,000,000,000 to S$2,000,000,000. The Programme is unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by UOL.
