Mr Eric Gan Chee Teik will be stepping down as the Chief Financial Officer of Frasers Hospitality Asset Management Pte. Ltd. and Frasers Hospitality Trust Management Pte. Ltd., the manager of Frasers Hospitality Real Estate Investment Trust ("FH-REIT") and the trustee-manager of Frasers Hospitality Business Trust ("FH-BT") respectively (collectively, the "Managers"), as part of succession planning and leadership renewal. Mr Gan will be assuming the role of Chief Executive Officer of the Managers with effect from 1 February 2023.
