30 June 2023. Lendlease Europe Finance Plc (the Offeror ) refers to the announcements dated 16 June 2023 and 27 June 2023 and the tender offer memorandum dated 16 June 2023 (the Tender Offer Memorandum ) prepared by the Offeror in relation to the invitation to holders of the outstanding Notes to tender such Notes for purchase by the Offeror for cash (the Tender Offer ). The Notes are listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited.

As of 29 June 2023, the Offeror completed the partial repurchase and cancellation of the Notes in aggregate principal amount of GBP 125,000,000 (the Repurchased Notes ). After cancellation of the Repurchased Notes, the outstanding aggregate principal amount of Notes is GBP 125,000,000.
