The Board of Directors of ZICO Holdings Inc. (the "Company") refers to the article titled "ZICO Capital gets CMS licence from MAS, targets first listing in 1Q2017" - 12 -18 September 2016, published in The Edge Singapore.

The Company wishes to clarify that it has incorporated a company for the purpose of setting up an asset management business. That company is currently in the process of applying for the relevant regulatory registrations and approvals, and will only commence business once these are received.

This announcement has being prepared by the Company and its contents have been reviewed by the Company's Continuing Sponsor, Stamford Corporate Services Pte. Ltd. ("Sponsor"), for compliance with the relevant rules of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited ("the SGX-ST") Listing Manual Section B: Rules of Catalist.
