With reference to captioned subject and pursuant to the directions of NCLT, the Company has published newspaper advertisements in the Business Standard (English edition) and Navshakti (Marathi edition), dated June 19, 2021, informing about the sanction of the Scheme by NCLT vide order pronounced on April 26, 2021 ( Order ), the receipt of the certified copy of the said Order on June 10, 2021 and that the Scheme has been made effective on June 15, 2021 by filing the certified copy of the Order along with the copy of the Scheme in e-form INC-28 with the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai.
