Mr Francis Lee Fook Wah ("Mr Francis Lee") is retiring by rotation under Regulation 94 of the Company's Constitution at the Company's Annual General Meeting to be held on 28 August 2026 ("AGM"). He has decided not to seek re-election and will retire at the conclusion of the AGM.

In addition, Mr Francis Lee's service agreement with the Company in respect of his appointment as the Company's Chief Financial Officer will expire on 31 August 2026, following which Mr Francis Lee will cease to hold office as the Company's Chief Financial Officer.
