The Company's Sponsor, Hong Leong Finance Limited, after having interviewed Ms. Chen, is satisfied that other than disclosed in this announcement, there are no other reasons for the resignation of Ms. Chen.

The Board would like to extend their appreciation to Ms. Chen for her invaluable contribution to the Company during her tenure of service.
