Ms Perlin Chan Aik Ju's appointment as Chief Executive Officer was pursuant to the strategic collaboration that was entered into between the Company and Berlitz Marine Pte. Ltd. on the terms of the Strategic Collaboration Framework Agreement dated 20 September 2023. Ms Chan's resignation as Chief Executive Officer accordingly follows as the parties are no pursuing the strategic collaboration.
