We would like to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, November 6, 2015, to consider, inter alia, the audited Stand-alone Results as well as the unaudited Consolidated results (with limited review) for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2015 of the Financial Year 2015-2016, pursuant to Clause 41 of the Listing Agreement with Indian Stock Exchanges.

Further, we would like to inform you that as per the revised Tata Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading pursuant to the amended SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Company has intimated its designated employees regarding the closure of the trading window from September 24, 2015 to November 8, 2015 (both days inclusive).
