G.H.Y Culture & Media Holding Co., Limited (the "Company"), and together with its subsidiaries and its PRC Affiliated Entities (the "Group"), wishes to announce that the Company will release its unaudited results for the full year ended 31 December 2020 after the trading hours of Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited on Friday, 26 February 2021.

DBS Bank Ltd. and UOB Kay Hian Private Limited are the joint issue managers and global coordinators for the initial public offering of the ordinary shares in the Company ("Offering") and DBS Bank Ltd., UOB Kay Hian Private Limited and Bank of China Limited, Singapore Branch are the joint underwriters and bookrunners for the Offering.
