Further to the announcement made by Fraser and Neave, Limited (the "Company") dated 28 December 2016 (the "Previous Announcement") relating to the proposed acquisition of up to an additional 21,771,420 Vinamilk shares (the "Transaction"), the Company attaches for information the Results of Transaction in Shares of Vinamilk dated 25 January 2017 issued by F&NDI to the HOSE in connection with the completion of the acquisition of 16,507,540 Vinamilk shares under the Transaction which was announced by the HOSE today.

Capitalised terms used in this announcement shall, unless otherwise defined herein, have the same meaning ascribed to them in the Previous Announcement.
