Dear Sirs,

This is further to our communication dated 3rd April, 2025 informing you about the approval of the Board of Directors of the Company for acquiring 6,42,40,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each of Wonder WallCare Private Limited ("Wonder WallCare") representing 100% of the equity share capital of Wonder WallCare.

We now write to inform you that the Company has today completed acquisition of the aforesaid equity share capital of Wonder WallCare.

Consequently, Wonder WallCare has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company with effect from 29th May, 2025.

The same is for your information and record, please.
