The Nominating Committee (the "NC") formally assessed the appointment of Mr Ng Poh Khoon as Independent Director of the Company. The NC took into consideration his working experience as key management personnel of various companies and directorships in both Singapore and foreign listed companies.

The Board of Directors, with the recommendation of the NC, is of the view that the Company will be able to leverage on his aforementioned experience, and that the appointment of Mr Ng Poh Khoon as Independent Director will be beneficial to the Board and to the Company.
