Detailed Reason (s) for cessation
Mr Roger Daeson Khoo Kim Peng ("Mr Khoo") decided to resign as Executive Director of the Company on 9 March 2021 due to expected increase in responsibilities and work commitments within the Group. He is currently serving his notice period and pursuant to mutual agreement with the Group, his last day of service will be 31 March 2021.

Mr Khoo is currently the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the lifestyle division of the Group, which includes P5 Design Ventures Pte. Ltd., P5 Luminaire Pte. Ltd., P5 Pte. Ltd. and P5 Studio Pte. Ltd (collectively, the "P5 Subsidiaries"). Following his resignation as Executive Director of the Company, he will cease to hold any executive position in the Company but will remain as employee of P5 Design Ventures Pte Ltd and director of P5 Subsidiaries and focus on developing new growth and strategic transformation for the existing P5 Lifestyle business.

Mr Khoo is working closely with Mr Lim Shao-Lin, the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of the Company to ensure a smooth handover and transition of his responsibilities.

The Company's sponsor, RHT Capital Pte. Ltd., after having interviewed Mr Khoo, is satisfied that, other than disclosed in this announcement of cessation, there are no material reasons for the resignation of Mr Khoo as the Executive Director of the Company.
