Mr Lee Jin Yong will be stepping down as CEO on 15 July 2026 to pursue personal interests. The Board has a succession plan in place which is subject to regulatory approval, and the Board will make an announcement on the successor at the appropriate time. Mr Lee will collaborate closely with the Board and Management team to ensure a seamless transition.

The Board of Directors wishes to take this opportunity to thank Mr Lee for his services to the Managers and Acrophyte Hospitality Trust during his term of office.
