Mr Lee Han Chong resigned as the Executive Director of the Company as he will be fully focusing his efforts on the Group's overall digital road map strategy as well as its innovations activities. There are no implications to the Company as he will remain as Chief Creative Technology Officer with no changes to his scope of work and responsibilities.

Based on its enquiries, the Company's Sponsor, Hong Leong Finance Limited, is satisfied that, save as disclosed in this announcement, there are no other material reasons for the cessation of Mr Lee Han Chong as an Executive Director of REVEZ Corporation Ltd.
