The Board of Directors (the "Board" ) of Miyoshi Limited (the "Company", and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") refers to the Company's announcement released on 29 June 2017 (the "Announcement") in relation to its option to purchase (the "Option") from an unrelated party, YKH Group Traders Corporation (the "Seller") an industrial property located at Block 1, Lot 2 Daiichi Industrial Park Special Economic Zone, Maguyam Road, Siang Cavite, Philippines (the "Property") for an aggregate consideration of 125 million Pesos (equivalent to approximately S$3.43 million) (the "Acquisition").

Unless otherwise defined, all capitalised terms herein shall have the meaning ascribed to it in the Announcement.

Further to the Announcement, the Company wishes to announce that pursuant to, inter alia, the exercise of the Option, the Acquisition of the Property has been completed.
