IENOVA ANNOUNCES THE EXCECUTION OF A LONG-TERM ENERGY SUPPLY CONTRACT WITH ENVASES UNIVERSALES

Mexico City, Mexico, October 7th, 2019 Infraestructura Energ tica Nova, S.A.B. de C.V. ( IEnova ), informs the execution through one of its subsidiaries of a long-term clean energy supply contract with Envases Universales de Mexico, S.A.P.I. de C.V. ( Envases Universales ).

The energy for this contract will be generated by a solar power plant with a capacity of 150 MW located in Ju rez, Chihuahua, which will begin operations on the second semester of 2020. This project will also supply energy to Comercializadora Circulo CCK, S.A. de C.V. and subsidiaries and El Puerto de Liverpool, S.A.B. de C.V. and subsidiaries, as previously informed in September 2019.

This operation confirms IEnova s commitment with the development of energy infrastructure in Mexico and consolidates it as one of the leading clean energy generation companies in the country.
