Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ( SEBI Listing Regulations ), we would like to inform that Tata Motors Limited ( the Company ) has today entered into share purchase agreement and other agreements to acquire 26.79% stake in Freight Commerce Solutions Private Limited ( Target Company ) by way of purchase of Equity Shares and Compulsory Convertible Preference Shares from the existing shareholders of the Target Company.
