Description (Please provide a detailed description of the event in the box below): This is to inform the Exchange that the Board Meeting of the Bank will be held on Wednesday, the 26th October, 2016 at Bengaluru, to inter-alia approve, the Reviewed Financial Results of the Bank for the Second Quarter and Half-Year ended 30th September, 2016.

In terms of Clause 10(A) of Canara Bank Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealings in shares of the Bank was closed on 16.10.2016 for the Directors / Designated Persons of the Bank and will be reopened on 29.10.2016, on account of Board Meeting to be held on 26.10.2016, inter-alia, to approve the Reviewed Financial Results of the Bank for the Second Quarter and Half-Year ended 30th September, 2016.
