We hereby inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e. Thursday, October 19, 2023 have approved raising of funds upto Rs. 1200 crores through issuance of upto 1,20,000 Secured or Unsecured, Listed, Rated, Taxable and Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures ( NCDs ), on private placement basis, in one or more series or tranches.
