Detailed Reason (s) for cessation
To pursue personal interest and other opportunities. However, Ms Ooi Hooi Kiang ("Ms Ooi") will continue to be engaged as an external consultant to the Group for a transitional period until 30 April 2019 to facilitate and advise on the financial matters of the Group during such transitional period.

The Company's sponsor, UOB Kay Hian Private Limited, after having interviewed Ms Ooi, is not aware of any material reasons for the cessation of Ms Ooi as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
