DBS Group Holdings Ltd ("DBSH") wishes to announce that voluntary liquidation proceedings have commenced for its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Primefield Company Pte Ltd ("PCPL"), an entity incorporated in Singapore. PCPL is currently a dormant entity and is no longer required.

The liquidation is not expected to have any material impact on DBSH's financial position for the financial year ending 31 December 2026.
