Detailed reason(s) for cessation
Ms Tan Yee Chin ("Ms Tan") has tendered her resignation as Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") of the Company, with her last day of service on 30 November 2026, to pursue other personal commitments.

The Sponsor, after having interviewed Ms Tan, is satisfied that there are no other material reasons for her resignation as CFO of the Company, save as disclosed above.

There are no concerns in relation to financial reporting that led to the cessation of Ms Tan and there are no disagreements between Ms Tan and the Company's Board of Directors with regard to practices that would have an impact to the Company's financial reporting.

The duties of the CFO will be assumed by the Financial Controller of the Group, Mr Lawrence Tan. Please refer to the
separate announcement dated 2 October 2026 in relation to the designation of Mr Lawrence Tan as an Executive Officer of
the Company.
