Detailed Reason (s) for cessation: Mr Goh Yeow Tin ("Mr Goh") is subject to retirement pursuant to Regulation 114 of the Company's Constitution and does not wish to seek for re-election in anticipation of the 9-years tenure limit for independent director in order to facilitate the process of board renewal.

Accordingly, Mr Goh shall be retiring at the conclusion of the forthcoming Annual General Meeting to be held on 25 October 2023 and stepping down as the Board Chairman, Chairman of the Remuneration Committee ("RC"), members of Audit Committee ("AC") and Nominating Committee ("NC").

After having interviewed Mr Goh and to the best of its knowledge, the Company's Sponsor, PrimePartners Corporate Finance Pte. Ltd., is satisfied that save as disclosed in this announcement, there are no other material reasons for the cessation of Mr Goh as an Independent Director.
