Mr Xu Yufu ("Mr Xu") has more than 40 years' experience in sales and marketing, production, technology and management. He worked with several tyre and rubber companies as General Manager ("GM"), Deputy General Manager ("DGM") or Chief Engineer. From 2012 to 2018, Mr Xu was the Group's DGM in charge of sales and marketing. As such, he is familiar with the Group's culture and business activities. The Board welcomes his rejoining back to the Group, and believes that he is competent to take on this role and looks forward to his contribution to the Group.
