Mr Cai will be re-designated as a project manager of the new medical device business division of Kunda Plastic Electronics (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. As the medical device business division is relatively new and still under development, Mr Cai will cease as a key executive officer of the Group.

After having interviewed Mr Cai and to the best of its knowledge, the Company's Sponsor, PrimePartners Corporate Finance Pte. Ltd., is satisfied that save as disclosed in this announcement, there are no other material reasons for the cessation of Mr Cai as Operation Manager of Kunda Plastic Electronics (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd.
