Additional TextThe attached announcement relates to the application of UOL Scrip Dividend Scheme to the first and final dividend for the financial year ended 31 December 2016 and Notice of Books Closure for Dividend.
Additional TextUOL Group Limited ("UOL") wishes to announce that for the purpose of calculating the number of Shares to be allotted and issued pursuant to the UOL Scrip Dividend Scheme in relation to the FY16 Dividend, the issue price of each Share shall be S$6.48.
