Description (Please provide a detailed description of the event in the box below - Refer to the Online help for the format): This is to inform the Exchange that the Board Meeting of the Bank will be held on Wednesday, the 4th February, 2015 at Bangalore, to inter-alia approve, the Reviewed Financial Results of the Bank, for the Third Quarter and Nine Months ended 31st December, 2014.

In terms of Clause 10(A) of Canara Bank Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealings in shares of the Bank will remain closed from 24.01.2015 to 06.02.2015 for the Directors / Designated Employees of the Bank and will be reopened on 07.02.2015, on account of Board Meeting to be held on 04.02.2015, inter-alia, to approve the Reviewed Financial Results of the Bank for the Third Quarter and Nine Months ended 31st December, 2014, as informed above.
