Reference is made to the general announcement filed by Doosan Enerbility Co., Ltd. (the Issuer ) via the website of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited ( SGX-ST ) dated July 16, 2024 (the Original Announcement ) regarding the contemplated spin-off and merger of its investment business with and into Doosan Robotics, Inc. ( Doosan Robotics, and such transaction, the Merger ) and dated August 30, 2024 (the Second Announcement ) regarding the withdrawal of Doosan Robotics previously contemplated Comprehensive Share Swap (as defined in the Second Announcement).

On September 10, 2024, each of the Issuer and Doosan Robotics publicly disclosed in Korea that the overall indicative timetable for the Merger, including the dates of the events described in the Original Announcement, has been postponed to future dates to be determined at a later point of time. Each of the Issuer and Doosan Robotics plans to disclose the proposed new dates of such events once they have been determined, which will remain subject to, among other things, further discussions with the relevant authorities.
