The Board of Directors of IOI Corporation Berhad (the Holding Company of IOI Investment (L) Berhad) ("IOI") wish to announce that following a verification visit at IOI s plantation development in Ketapang, West Kalimantan on 2 to 5 September, 2016 by Aidenvironment, HCV expert and Legal expert, both IOI Group and Aidenvironment have jointly declared and achieved agreement in closing the Ketapang complaint case.
