the Fund wishes to inform you that the Manager of the Sub-Funds, Lyxor International Asset Management S.A.S, and Lyxor Asset Management S.A.S will merge with Amundi Asset Management S.A.S (Amundi) on June 1st, 2022 (the Effective Date). Pursuant to the merger, Amundi will become the Manager of the Sub-Funds on the Effective Date.
