We now write to inform you that certified copy of the order of the National Company Law Tribunal ( NCLT ), Kolkata Bench sanctioning the Scheme has been received. The one from the NCLT, Mumbai Bench was received earlier. Both orders have been filed with the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai and West Bengal and the Scheme has been made effective from 20th April, 2024.
The Appointed date of the Scheme is 1st April, 2023. All assets and liabilities of UNCL, SMIL and MPL stand transferred to the Company from the Appointed Date and all three companies, viz. UNCL, SMIL and MPL stand dissolved without winding up.
