With further reference to our intimation dated April 18, 2021 relating to meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank to be held on Friday, April 30, 2021, to consider and approve, inter alia, the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2021 and with reference to Reserve Bank of India Notification No.DOR.ACC.REC 7/21.02.067/2021-22 Dated April 22, 2021 for declaration of dividend by the banks and In accordance with Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and other
applicable Rules and Regulations, we hereby intimate that the Board shall consider declaration of dividend for Financial Year 2020-21 as an additional item in the proposed Board meeting to be held on Friday, April 30, 2021.
