1. The Notes will be listed and quoted in the Bonds Market with effect from 9.00 a.m., Thursday, 5 May 2016.

2. The short name and abbreviated name of the Notes are 'Fantasia n9.5%190504S' and 'FANTN19' respectively. The ISIN Code is HK0000293735.

The letter 'S' denotes that trading of the Notes is restricted to the persons specified in Sections 274 and 275 of the Securities and Futures Act 2001 (the 'SFA').

3. The Notes will be quoted and traded in Renminbi ( RMB"). The Notes will be issued in denominations of RMB1,000,000 and integral multiples of RMB100,000 in excess thereof. The Notes will be traded in minimum board lot size of RMB200,000 with a minimum of six lots to be traded in a single transaction.
