Mr Siu Yeung Sau ("Mr Siu") has tendered his resignation as a Chief Financial Officer of the Company for personal reason.

There are no concerns with regards to financial reporting that led to the cessation of Mr Siu and there are no disagreements between Mr Siu and the Board of Directors of the Company with regards to practices that would have an impact to the Company's financial reporting.

The Company expresses its gratitude to Mr Siu for his valuable contributions during his tenure of service.

Based on its enquiries, the Company's sponsor, UOB Kay Hian Private Limited, is satisfied that, save as disclosed in the announcement, there are no other material reasons for the cessation of Mr Siu as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company.

Role and responsibilities
Mr Siu was responsible for overseeing the finance and accounting function of the group.

The Company is in the process of looking for a suitable candidate for the position of Chief Financial Officer or Financial Controller and will make the necessary announcement to update shareholders on the new appointment in due course.

The responsibilities currently undertaken by Mr Siu will be overseen by the finance team in the meantime.
