The board of directors of Dragon Group International Limited refers to the announcements made by the Company on 5 January 2015 and 17 October 2015 in relation to the Proposed Acquisition. The Board is pleased to announce that the Proposed Acquisition was completed as of 23 October 2015, and as at the date hereof, the Company owns 19% of the issued and paid up share capital of Heat Tech Japan Co., Ltd.. The Company will be submitting an additional listing application to the SGX-ST for the listing and quotation of the Consideration Shares to be issued to Green Power Ventures Limited. Further announcements will be made by the Company in relation to the listing and quotation of the Consideration Shares as and when appropriate.
