ICICI BANK UK PLC announces that today (the First Settlement Date) it has repurchased and settled in cash an aggregate nominal amount of Notes validly tendered pursuant to the Offer equal to U.S.$32,783,000. The Notes tendered have been cancelled by the Issuer today. The remaining outstanding amount of the Notes is U.S.$52,217,000.

Holders wishing to tender their Notes for settlement on 29 December 2016 should submit their tender by 5 p.m. (UK time) on 22 December 2016 (the "Second Expiration Date").
