The details are:-

1. Page 8, the "NAV per Unit (SGD cents)" should read as the "NAV per Unit (SGD)".
2. Page 26, One's Mall FY2016 Actual NPI (JPY mm) should read as "649.2" instead of "249.2". The Total FY2016 Actual NPI (JPY mm) should read as "5,448.9" instead of "5,048.9".

Save as disclosed, all other information in the Results Presentation remains unchanged.
