We have audited the accompanying consolidated financial statements of Total Play Telecomunicaciones, S.A.P.I. de C.V., and its subsidiaries (the Group), which comprise the consolidated statements of financial position as at December 31, 2022 and 2021, and the consolidated statements of comprehensive (loss) income, statements of changes in equity and statements of cash flows for the years then ended, and notes to the consolidated financial statements, including a summary of significant accounting policies. In our opinion, the accompanying consolidated financial statements present fairly, in all material respects, the consolidated financial position of Total Play Telecomunicaciones, S.A.P.I. de C.V., and its subsidiaries as at December 31, 2022 and 2021, and of its consolidated financial performance and its consolidated cash flows for the years then ended in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
