The shareholders of HPCL-Mittal Energy Limited ('Company') in its 18th Annual General Meeting held on September 13, 2019 approved the audited financial statements of the Company for financial year ('FY') ended on March 31, 2019.

On the recommendation of the Board, the shareholders also approved the payment of final dividend amounting in all to Rs. 1,021 Million (excluding dividend distribution tax) for FY 2018-19.
