Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 read alongwith clause 20 of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations, we are enclosing herewith a disclosure regarding the Order passed on April 29, 2024 and received on May 1, 2024 by Tata Motors Limited ( the Company ) by the Additional Commissioner, Central Goods and Service Tax and Central Excise located at Indirect Tax Bhawan, Vibhuti Khand, Gomati Nagar, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
The details are required under SEBI Listing Regulations read alongwith Circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P-CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 are enclosed as Annexure A.
