This is in continuation to our earlier communication dated 3rd November, 2018 vide which we had informed you that the Un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Six months ended on 30.09.2018 will be announced on 14th November, 2018

In this connection, we would like to submit that the preparation of Un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Six months ended on 30.09.2018 got/getting delayed on account of Diwali Holidays and subsequent leave of absence of key staff from accounts and audit.

We expect the preparation and limited review of the said Un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Six months ended on 30.09.2018 will take around 15 days more. Accordingly, we hereby submit that the Un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Six months ended on 30.09.2018 will be considered and disseminated on Thursday, 29th November, 2018 instead of 14th November, 2018 as communicated earlier.

Further, as per the Company s Code of Conduct for prohibition of Insider Trading (the Code ), pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company would continue to remain closed for Insiders covered under the code till the end of 48 hours after the results are made public on Thursday, 29th November, 2018 for the purpose of consideration of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company.
