(1) "Ascendas Funds Management (S) Limited" has been renamed as "CapitaLand Ascendas REIT Management Limited"; and

(2) "Ascendas Real Estate Investment Trust" has been renamed as "CapitaLand Ascendas REIT".
Additional TextWith effect from 30 September 2022, 9.00 a.m., the Issuer's new security name and counter name shall be reflected as "CAPITALAND ASCENDAS REIT" and "CapLand Ascendas REIT" respectively. The trading code of A17U remains unchanged.
