Further to our announcement and media release each dated 1 June 2023, the Board of Directors of Keppel DC REIT Management Pte. Ltd. (the "Manager") wishes to update that regulatory approval has been obtained for Mr Loh Hwee Long (Luo Huilong)'s appointment as Chief Executive Officer of the Manager.

Mr Loh Hwee Long (Luo Huilong)'s appointment will take effect from 28 July 2023.
