Unless otherwise defined, the capital terms in this Announcement shall bear the same meaning in the relevant Supplemental Listing Document in relation to the Securities.

UBS AG (the Issuer ), acting through its London Branch, would like to notify the holders of the Securities regarding the trigger of the Air Bag Mechanism (and the subsequent suspension of the Securities) on the effective date and time stated herein. As the New Observed Price/ Level represents a sharp intraday movement in the price/level of the Underlying Stock/Index of more than 20% compared to its previous close, the Securities have lost 100% of their value according to the Supplemental Listing Document. Details as follows:

Airbag Trigger Time: 09:30
New Observed Price/Level: HKD 7.85
Underlying Stock/Index previous close: HKD 9.83

In accordance with the Supplemental Listing Document, the Securities will not recover in value even if the Underlying Stock/Index resumes trading and recovers from its sharp intraday move. The trading and market making activities for the Securities will be permanently suspended. Please refer to the website at [dlc.ubs.com] for more information.

The Issuer wishes to advise that it intends to exercise its right to terminate the Securities under the terms and conditions of the Securities and an application will be made to the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (the SGX-ST ) for such early termination and the delisting of the Securities from the Official List of the SGX-ST. The Issuer will release a further announcement to inform the holders of the Securities of the effective date of such early termination and delisting.
