Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Limited today announced the settlement of its previously announced tender offer to purchase for cash any and all of its outstanding US$500,000,000 3.95% Senior Notes due 2022. Following the purchase, redemption and cancellation of validly tendered Notes on 3 February 2021 and of validly tendered Notes pursuant to the guaranteed delivery procedures on 5 February 2021, US$178,826,000 of the Notes remain outstanding.
