A-6684 Ltd., which holds 10,500,000 shares (3.07%); and
Rapaport communications LTD, which holds 6,661,204 shares (1.95%)

A-6684 Ltd. informed the Company that: "A-6684 Ltd and Rapaport Communications (Israel) LTD are separate entities,
however the Chairman and CEO of A-6684 Ltd sits on the board of Rapaport
Communications (Israel) LTD. This creates a potential relationship of influence
between the two entities, which is why they are filing jointly."
