Following Mr Koh Chee Boon's (Xu Zhiwen) resignation as Group Chief Executive Officer of the Company, he shall be appointed as Consultant to the Group from 1 January 2023 until 3 June 2023 (or such earlier date as may be mutually agreed) for an orderly transition as he plans to leave the Group thereafter to pursue other interests.
